Mandatory Annual Assessment $24 _______
This assessment is required per your deed restrictions. This assessment only provides 16% of the Annual Revenue. We depend on other revenue sources ( listed below ) to successfully operate the POA.
2022 Voluntary Special Assessment $125 ______
Please consider participating in this assessment to help pay for operating expenses not covered by the Annual $24 fee as well as much needed maintenance and capital improvement projects planned for 2022. Projects may include drainage improvements in the pool area, clubhouse fencing repair on Colleen, concrete repair on the ramp to the pool area , improvements in the interior of the clubhouse, addition of pickleball courts, and update and legal review of the Bylaws /Deed Restrictions.
2022 Single Key Fee for our Amenities (Annual) $145 ______
Village West POA Amenities are located on Amanda and Irene. This annual fee key gives you entry to the Pool, Tennis/Basketball Courts, and POA Lake Access for the 2022 season. Entry on Irene to the Tennis/Basketball Courts as well as Lake Access will still be accessible for those purchasing the Amenities Key. The locks will be rekeyed on April 1st. More information about the amenities key and pick up instructions will be posted on our website. Please keep in mind our amenities are one of our most valuable assets . As a reminder the Lake Access gate will require a new key April 2nd. The Pool will require a new key May 1st.
