The POA Board Needs You!

You may not be aware of this but the success of this website, the maintenance of all the properties in Village West, including the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and basketball courts rests in the hands of the POA board members. The collection of dues to pay for those facilities, the enforcement of the "covenants" of Village West, also handled by the Board.

The board is voluntary and serving on it requires a small portion of your time at the lake.

Three of these members are leaving the board at the end of this year.

Replacements are absolutely required and without help the remaining members cannot do what is needed.

Blue Address Markers and Free Smoke Alarms

The fire department will now provide 2 free smoke alarms for your house. In addition you can order one of the blue marker signs for your house so that in the dark of night the fire department can easily see your address. These signs are $25 and they will install them.

POA Annual Dues Bill - 2011

Bills for annual dues have been mailed out early March (except those which liens are being considered). The amount, as always, was $24. No additional assessment is scheduled for this year. This year's bill is requesting you to include or update your email address. This information will NOT be given to any other organization and is to be used solely for keeping you up to date on the happenings of your POA. Please help us do that. We now have over 100 property owners that have given us their email. Additionally, if are currently long term renting your property, let your renters know about the email program and perhaps they would like to be included in the latest happenings in Village West. Come join us at our next board meeting. We meet every second Tuesday of the month.
