Liens Filed
Over $4000 dollars collected since final notices went out in April 2011 over
failure to pay past dues and assessments. As of 11/08/2011, six properties
have liens filed.

Williamson , head of the Architectural committee, before ANY new
construction, including additions is started. Any new construction MUST be
in compliance with the deed restrictions. If you plan construction on
your property, please get approval BEFORE
you begin construction.
