Friends -

We at CEWR wanted to give you an update and the good news in our work to challenge CLWSC’s enormous water rate increase.  Please review the attached letter for the highlights of the testimony we have submitted to the Administrative Law Judge for the rate formal hearing.

CEWR will conduct three executive level presentations for Homeowner/Property Owner Association officers and interested ratepayers. These updates will take 90 minutes and provide you with significantly more information about our case and also give you the opportunity to have your questions answered to assist you in informing your membership.  Please sign-up to attend one of our sessions:  November 16th  6:30 PM  at the Tye Preston Library in Sattler, December  8th  6:30 PM  at the River Crossing Club  in Spring Branch, and December 13th  6:30 PM  at the GVTC  office, 36101 FM 3159, Smithson Valley.   Please send us an e-mail reply confirming the date you and any of your members will attend:   feedback@cewr.net

We need you and your Association’s financial support to raise the additional $25,000 to fund our opportunity to present CEWR’s convincing case to the Administrative Law Judge at the formal hearing in March 2012. Please commit to making a donation today to help us to win this fight.    A fair and reasonable water rate is a Texas right.  With your financial support it can be.  If Canyon Lake Water Service wins this round, they will likely win all future rate increases – we must stop them now.   Help us defeat this rate increase and save everyone hundreds and hundreds of dollars a year and more.  Without your additional financial support and commitment we may not be able to carry this fight to a successful conclusion.

Best regards,
